Crimped Wire Mesh

Crimped wire mesh is also a kind of woven wire mesh. It is woven by pre-crimped wire. This kind of mesh is more stable in structure and more wearble. What's more, it is aperture is also more uniform that those general kind of weaving.

This kind of pre-crimped wire cloth is widly used in many places as screening media in the area of barbecue grill netting, vibrating sieve, food machinery, cooking mesh etc. Some galvanized crimped wire mesh and stainless steel crimped wire mesh are for roasting of flour food and meat.

For those with bigger wire diameters, generally, it works as wear parts of screener and crusher to screening or sizing materials of mine, quarry, asphalt, rock, stone,aggregate etc.

Weaving patterns: weaving after crimping. Two-way across wave bending, locked bending, flat-topped curved, two-way bending, one-way compartment wave bending 

Function: stability, consistency and smooth surface

Usage: Heavy type crimped wire mesh is used in screening in mine, coal, construction and industry. Light type crimped wire mesh is used to roast food or meat, as heat resistance, corrosion resistance.
